Who are you guys?

We are a team of web standards passionates who gained their XHTML and CSS skills and experience with many years of work at top web design studios. We decided to focus on what we love the most - clean and beautiful markup.

What are your working hours?

Even Superheroes need some rest from time to time - that's why our regular business week is from Monday to Friday. In urgent matters sometimes we work during the weekend as well.

What is your turnaround?

Our guaranteed turnaround is 2 days. That means you will receive XHTML and CSS templates within 2 business days after we receive 50% down payment. If you require shorter turnaround please let us know.

What do you need to start working?

Please provide us with the source files (PSD files), all necessary instructions so we could learn what are your specific requirements and don't forget to send us any special fonts that are used on design. You can additionaly provide us with flattened images (JPG/PNG files), but please make sure that they show all existing and important layers (all levels of flyout menu, hovers, select states, etc...)

Do you make designs?

We don't. But we know a handful of whizz kids who do. Please get in touch if you'd like an introduction.

Code

Is your XHTML and CSS cross browser compatible?

We test all XHTML/CSS templates on following browsers: Firefox 3+, Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Opera 9+, Safari 3+ and Google Chrome. Of course it doesn't mean that your templates will look bad on other browsers. If you want to be sure that code will be displayed properly on different browser then the listed ones - please let us know about it.

Do I have to tell you where in my design I want things like AjAX, sIFR, Flash, expandable elements to be located or you do things on your way?

Please be as specific as it is possible. We need as many information as possible on how your design should work and what elements it consist of. We want to be sure that our code will meet all your requirements.

Can you implement JavaScript?

Sure yes! Our initial quote includes some basic JavaScript implementation. For advanced implementations please contact us and we will revise the quote adequately.

Can you implement sIFR where needed?

Yes we can. Please let us know where exactly you want sIFR to be implemented and provide us with necessary fonts.

Can you embed Flash files?

Yes we can. Please provide us with proper files and we will embed them in your XHTML and CSS templates.

Do you offer open source CMS/Blog integration?

We offer Word Press integration as a special service and quote on this separately. Please contact us if you require this kind of service.

Billing and payment

What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments where you can pay via credit or debit card.

In what currency are your prices?

All prices are in USD.

When do I have to pay for your service?

We ask for 50% down payment before we start our work and the other 50% once the whole work is completed.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with your work?

We offer you as many rounds of revision as needed to make sure our work will meet all your requirements. This doesn't include any revisions to original design or content you sent or changing assumptions we made on the beginning of the project. This kind of work is treated as additional and will be quoted separately.

Privacy

Can you guarantee 100% confidential service?

Yes we can. We have no problem with signing NDA if needed. To put it short - if you don't want anybody knows that you are using our services - it won't happen. We would love to add your project to our portfolio but we won't do it without asking you for permission.

Can I trust you won't show my designs to anybody before I publish them?

Rest assured! Your business is important to us and we care about our clients, therefore we won't do anything that might put you into risk.

What about ownership and rights?

After our work is done you become the owner of the whole markup, including XHTML, CSS, images, Flash, JavaScript, etc...

What if I have a site with multiple similar pages?

We can code as many additional pages as you need. See our services for pricing.

When I send you my files, is there anything special I need to do?

Photoshop files (psd’s) usually work best. Be sure to keep the graphics on as many layers as possible so we can pull things apart as needed (it helps us keep the graphics looking good). Also let us know details of link & text colors and be sure to specify whether text in the design should be created using images or html text.

How long have you been around?

We began in 2007 and have successfully coded lots of projects. We have over 5 years experience designing, coding, and building websites.

What forms of payment do you accept?
